Help! On April 13-14, on the campus of IUPUI (downtown Indianapolis), Relay for Life is taking place. Our chapter has formed a team to walk all night long in order to raise much needed funds for the American Cancer Society, and we need your help! You can help in two ways:
1. Visit our team’s website at http://www.acsevents.org/relay/in/iupui/AMSA_Premed and JOIN our team. We ask that you be willing to walk for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours during the night of April 13, pay a $10 registration fee upon joining (this fee includes a Relay for Life t-shirt), and raise $100 in donations for the American Cancer Society. You are provided with a personal page on the ACS’s website as well as a method of emailing your friends and family from the site to ease the process of fundraising.
2. Visit our team’s website (listed above) and DONATE! We have a stated goal of $1,000; however, every penny raised for this worthy organization makes a difference in a cancer victim’s life.
